- There is no extra charge for customizations between XS and XXL. For sizes above XXL, additional charges will apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated to you via email by our team.
- After placing your order, please send your Order ID and size specifications via email within 2 hours to info@seedesigns.in.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized products will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days after the order is placed.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged if unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged within 7 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted for unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged products, within 7 days of delivery.
- Return approval is subject to investigation and discretion.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after quality check.
Refunds for Free Product Deals
- Items from flash sales, ₹99 stores, or BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns.
Important Notes
- ₹99 reverse shipment charges apply.
- If you used the "NORETURN10" coupon, you’re not eligible for returns or refunds, but exchanges for size are allowed (subject to availability).
- Returns will not be accepted if the safety tag loop is broken.
